The number of Nammi electric vehicles in Chitwan has crossed the 100-unit mark, reflecting the steady growth of electric passenger vehicles in the region This indicates increasing consumer acceptance of electric mobility beyond major urban centers such as Kathmandu and Lalitpur.
To mark the occasion, MAW Vriddhi, the authorized distributor of Dongfeng electric vehicles in Nepal, coordinated a celebration drive involving Nammi vehicle owners in Chitwan.
The drive included more than 80 Nammi Box and Nammi Vigo units and followed a route covering key areas of Bharatpur and surrounding localities, concluding in Sauraha. Representatives from MAW Vriddhi and its regional dealer, Euro Automotives Pvt. Ltd., were present during the event.

As part of ongoing market engagement in Chitwan, MAW Vriddhi and Euro Automotives Pvt. Ltd. are scheduled to conduct a test drive and exchange program from 27th to 29th Poush, 2082.
The program will include vehicle exchange options, charging solutions, insurance coverage, and test-drive incentives, aimed at encouraging further evaluation of electric vehicle ownership among local consumers.
